About our store

This website is operated by VYBE Beauty, an online retailer of makeup, skincare, hair tools, beauty tools and clothing. Our store is hosted by Shopify. Fulfillment partners may ship products directly to you; VYBE Beauty remains your contact for order support.

Orders and payments

Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Review your items, quantities, sizes, product details and the final total before submitting an order. Prices are in US dollars. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown before payment. We do not add an undisclosed recurring subscription to a product purchase.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If an item is unavailable, a material listing error affects the order, or we cannot fulfill the order, we will contact you and offer an appropriate correction or prompt refund for the affected unfulfilled item. We will not increase an accepted order total without your agreement. Price changes apply to future orders.

Product information

Read each product description, ingredient list, size guide and usage instructions before purchasing. Colors may look different on different screens. Follow the product packaging and manufacturer instructions, including care and electrical-safety instructions. Cosmetics are offered for cosmetic use and are not advertised as medical treatments. If you have a question about a product or an inconsistency in a listing, contact us before purchase.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

Our shipping policy explains rates, processing, transit, tracking and delays. Our return and refund policy explains eligibility, costs, refunds, exchanges and cancellations. These policies form part of the information provided with your order. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law.

Acceptable use

Do not use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activity, interfere with its operation, submit malicious software, or access accounts or information without authorization. Keep any account credentials secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.

Privacy and external services

Our privacy policy describes how personal information is handled. Links to external services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Using a third-party fulfillment or payment service does not remove VYBE Beauty’s responsibility to address your order-support request.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms for future use of the store and will display the updated date here. Changes do not retroactively remove the purchase protections or refund rights that applied to an existing order. Please contact us with a question or complaint so we can work to resolve it.
